I think this destiny island is just all fake I never heard of it myself. So if I was you don't believe this "destiny island" stuff ok? I this cleared everything.

I think you've been fooled. I haven't heard, or scene for that matter, anything such as Destiny Island, so it's probably a fake. Your friends probably showed you an island called Newmoon Island, or something similar to that.

The only Islands in this game, excluding the Northeastern Island (Fight Area, Survival Area, Resort Area), are: Iron Mountain, Fullmoon Island, Newmoon Island.

Iron Mountain is available to you after you've obtaiend five badges. But to get to either Fullmoon or Newmoon Island, you need to obtain the National Pokedex by seeing all 150 Pokemon in the Sinnoh Dex, and beat the Elite Four which can only be done after you've obtained all eight badges.

Once you've done that, Fullmoon Island is available by talking to the sailor in Canalave City. He'll ask that you find the Lunar Wing there, and he takes you there. You'll run into Cresselia, who will run away. You can always find her in the wild grasses of Sinnoh, and track her down using the Marking Map app on the Poketch.

To get to Newmoon Island, something else must be done. You need to obtain the Member's Pass, which is obtained at a Nintendo Event (which are currently held in Japan) or through cheating. With the Member's Pass, go in the hotel in the northeast corner of Canalave City and sleep in the bed. When you wake up, pick up the item that you see, and bring it the sailor in town. He'll take you to Newmoon Island, where you will find a level 40 Darkrai.

There is no such thing as "Destiny Island" I think you are thinking the fight arena or the survival area.
