After you fill up your sinnoh dex go to professer rowens lab and talk to him. Then you will see professer oak walk up. Then he will give you the pokeradar.

After you've seen all 150 Pokemon in the Sinnoh Pokedex, go to Rowan's lab in Sandgem Town and talk to him. Professor Oak will come up and give you the National Pokedex. After he leaves and you have a small chat with Rowan, he'll give you the Poke Radar.

You have to finish seeing all of the Pokemon in sinnoh and then you have to go to prof rowan's lab and talk to him and he will give you a pokeradar

If you see all the pkemon in the sinnoh dex you can go to rowan and oak will be there after the blah blah blah one of them will give it you can't remember which

First see all the 150 sinnoh Pokemon than talk to prof.Rowan in his lab and prof.oak will come and give you the national dex than after some time chat with prof.Rowan he will give you the pokeradar
