I just bought diamond to days ago now I need getting the galactic key please help thank you

Well, first you need the first seven badges. You also had to have visited Lake Valor and Lake Verity before you got the seventh badge, and you need to visit Lake Acuity after you've obtained the seventh badge. Then, go to Veilstone City, and go in the northeast corner, in front of the Galactic Headquarters. Talk to the Galactic Grunt, and he'll drop the Storage Key and run away. Pick up the Storage Key, and use it to access the Galactic Warehouse in the northwetern corner of Veilstone City.
Now, in here, you basically follow the path that's provided for you. There will be one point that will give you two possibilities; stairs, or a teleport. The stairs is a dead end, so you might want to check that out. Take the teleport to be transported back to the beginning of the area, plus the Galactic Key. Use it to open the door in front of you, and exit. Now that you have the Galactic Key, you now have access to the Galactic Headquarters.
