The Master Trainer answered:

You could try the underground.

Right ok. First of all: Roserade is totally worth what you're about to do, and it can use Psychic! Ok, first of all, make sure you get to Canalcave Island where you get your 6th Gym Badge. You can either get it now or wait until you get the Shiny Stone. If you don't know how to get to Canalcave, just to through Jubilife City and Surf west to get there. (Note: Be prepared to fight your rival again on the bridge leading to the city's Gym.)Go past the Gym to the dock where you see a boat and a Sailor. Talk to him and he'll take you to Iron Island. Go there and possibly get some ok leveled (Lv. 29-32)Graveler, Golbat, Onix and Steelix.(Note: To make sure your Roserade will be strong, train it a bit up to Lv.30 by battling wild Rock pokemon;avoid using Roselia against the Golbat though.)There'll be trainers there, so yeah you'll have to fight your way through. When you first go in, beat the trainers and take the wood elevators in the cave so you can get to the lower levels of the cave. When you do, there'll be two sides you can take. The one on the left has more trainers and some stuff you can get, and the one of the right has a guy named Riley who looks like the Lucario's owner on the Pkmn movie. Team up with him and he'll heal your Pokemon completely after every battle. He'll help you beat down everyone you come across. You'll have to help him beat the Galactic Grunts inside near the end of the cave. Oh yeah, seriously this is the last one;(Note: Save a spot in your team for a special something that'll help you finish your PokeDex)Riley'll thank you with a gift and then you take the elevator right next to you down to the bottom. The last path you see will lead you to the exit, but before you go, run past it and to the right to get the Shiny Stone. Trust me, you'll be getting 2 Pokemon for one adventure, or maybe more. Hope it helps.

Well...the place I find my Shiny Stones are usually in the Underground.Try digging. They will show up eventually.

v-gamer answered:

If you have a Pokemon with the Pick Up Ability, they will sometimes pick up a Shiny Stone.

Another way to obtain one is at the end of Iron Mountain; in the last room with the big lift after you helped Riley beat the two Galactic Grunts.

nintendo dude answered:

Either use a Pick up Ability or try the Underground.
