I need some max IV pokemon, but not max ev

Hello, I love you guys for all your great action replay codes, and I decided to ask one from you guys. I need several legendaries, all with max iv's, but no ev's and all were caught in the pal park at their respective lvls. I also want the pp's of each move to be legit if possible.

Here are the legendaries I need, if they have to be shiny or not and their natures: Rayquaza shiny and jolly, Suicune bold, Entei adanmant, Raikou timid, Mewtwo Timid, Mew Shiny Timid, Lugia bold, Ho-oh jolly,Celebi timid, Regice calm, Registeel relaxed, Regirock carful, Groudon adamant, Kyogre Modest, Jirachi impish, Deoxys (4 of them) with the following natures respectivly Naive, Bold, Adamant. Naive. That's all thank you very much to whoever can accomplish this task. Waiting for hope

Nothing much else I can help you with. I know about IV training a Pokemon and how EVs affect their IV training, but I don't know how one can go without the other. I'm pretty sure your answer is basically impossible to answer without cheating.

Ask in the Pokemon forums. You can't have IV's without having EV's. If someone even makes that code, then that's going to be one pain in the as$ to put in, have fun with it.
