Is it possible to use fire red and green leaf Pokemon to imigrate to diamond or it's just ruby saphire and emerauld I need to no please.

It is possible to migrate from fire red and leaf green. That's how I got my charizard.

Yes, you can migrate Pokemon from any GBA Pokemon Game (Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Fire Red, and Leaf Green) into Diamond or Pearl.
However, you cannot migrate Pokemon from any GBC Pokemon Games (Red, Blue, Yellow, Gold, Silver, and Crystal) into Diamond or Pearl.

You can migrate but you need to have the nat dex and get through pal park
