Finding Kangaskhan
Can someone please tell me where to find Kangaskhan?? It's the last Pokemon I need to complete my Sinnoh Dex, and when I do I can finally get to the survival area!!! I don't need to catch him, but does anyone know if any trainers that you come across in the game have one?? I looked through the binoculars at the Great Marsh 50 times, but I couldn't see one!! Please somebody answer this question!!

What? You don't need Kangaskhan to complete the Sinnoh Dex. He is [rarely] found in the Safari Zone, but only after you've obtained the National Dex!
Let's see... He's #115 in the National Dex, so you're probably having trouble finding #115 in the Sinnoh Dex, which happens to be Riolu. An expert in the basement of Oreburgh Gate has one. You can also hatch him from an egg that Riley gives you once you help him get through Iron Mountain.
As for when you can get to the Survival Area, you need to obtain the National Dex, first, which is obtained after you've seen all 150 Pokemon in the Sinnoh Dex. Which, hopefully, I helped you complete. =D

If you are talking about #115 then you need riolu.Riley will give him to you in an egg if you help him defeat team galaxy.You find Riley in iron island.

Ya I went against a trainer who had one they were in stark mountain very near to weher you find heatran
