how to get palkia

You can not get palkia in your diamond game without knowing somebody with a pearl game, and you trade. The only other way is cheating. I am sorry, but those are the only ways. I hope I helped. P.S. I f you just want the data on your pokedex, after you beat the elite 4, you can go to solacion town, and talk to the grandmother. She will then give you the page for palkia.

Sorry for my last answer, everything is true except the solacion town. You have to go to celestic town.

I'm pretty sure you would have to trade it over casue you can only get DIalga on diamond.

Well, you can't catch Palkia in Diamond. You need to trade from Pearl, or cheat to get Palkia in Diamond.

Sorry you can't but you can find it's data for your dex if you wnt it.
Talk to all the people in celestic town and 1 of the old ladies will give you it's data.

Yes,but it is hard.you must bring 3 lake Pokemon to the ruin in celestic town.talk to the painting and get orb. Go to the spear pillar and palkia will be there. Hope this helped!PS,my friend did dis.

U can't get palkia in diamond put your heads down and you're but up no offence theres no way to get palkia but you can gey giratina in diamond just fight elite 4 and champion cynthia sry for cynthia spelling I don't know ok then ... I don't know any ways but I know how to get these Pokemon on diamond: Dialga, Giratina, Uxie, Azelf, Mesprit, Cresselia,heatran, Rotom and Arceus.

Dialga: go to the spear pillar and he will be there at the end.(the spear pillar is in Mt. Coronet and you needa beat the game to get there basically)

Giratina: Theres this opening to the right on route 114 which leads to spring path. That leads to turnback cave. At turnback cave itll say some numbers. Well the first number is the ammount of pillars you need to find. (youll know if theyre rocks or pillars) And the seccond number is the ammount of rooms you go in.( I think it's 3 and 30?)
You need to reach three pillars and then the next room you go in has giratina in it but you need to reach the three pillars before you reach 30 rooms.

Uxie and Azelf: once you beat the game it will be in one of the lakes.

Mesprit: same as Uxie and Azelf except it runs away. Theres a Poketch thing that locates is though so you can track it down. (when you first do the pokeapp thing it takes a while for the location to appear)

Cresselia: same as Mesprit except you need to go to Canalave City and the sailors houses son will have nightmares and say something about darkrai and talk to the sailor at the boat and he will ask you to go to fullmoon island and get something. At the island Cresselia will be there and run away. (you need to beat the game first)

Heatran: Heatrans at stark mountain once you get something at the end and give it to this guy in the fight area (or the other area besides resort area)
Then go back to where you got the item from and youll find heatran.

Rotom: Go to the old chateau at night and go to the tv room and he will pop out. (if it's not night, then set your ds clock to at least 11:30 PM)

Arceus:somehow, you need to get he azure flute. (You can get it through an event but I'm not sure about hacking) Play the azure flute at the place where you got Dialga at and stairs will appear and Arceus is at the top.

Im really late to this but if yall still don't know how to get palkia in diamond you're going to have to trade one over (you'll need a second ds system since the internet for diamond/pearl/platinum doesn't work anymore) from pearl. It's impossoble to get a legit palkia in diamond without trading.
