I need to now how I can find the pok�mons #108,111,139 and #148. Then I have seen all the Pokemon in sinnoh thanks.

108 beat the poke leage the champion has it
111 pokeleage
139 pokeleage
148 go to lake valor
Basicly you need to beat the pokeleage

#108 is Spiritomb. Cynthia, Champion of the Pokemon League, has one. #111 is Garchomp. Again, Cynthia has one. #139 is Milotic... AGAIN, Cnythia has one. #148 is Azelf, I believe. He is in the cave in Lake Valor. Once you talk to him, though, you battle him. If you want to see all the Pokemon before you battle the Pokemon League, do not count on finding Milotic. She can only be caught otherwise (before obtaining the National Poke Dex), and only after you have obtained the National Poke Dex. Spiritomb is just too difficult to capture. Garchomp requires leveling to level 28, and Azelf is self-explanatory.
So, I suggest you just battle Azelf, and then beat the Elite Four...
