1:i have a happiny egg and can't hatch it
2:how do you stop the roadblocks at sunnyshore city?

Ok I havent got to sunyshore city yet but I do know that if you keep wlaking your egg will eventualy hatch and the guy in the mountain named I don't know but he is a ruin maniac guy,he wants you to show him all 26 unowns and then you get to go into a secret place and I havent got any farther than that but I hop that helps you

Keep walking, you'll eventually hatch your egg.
And, the roadblocks mean you can't go to sunyshore city yet.

1. A Happiny egg takes a while to hatch; you have to walk around 9,000 steps with the egg in your team. If you have lost count, then you are only left with hints at when the egg will hatch. If check the eggs status, it should saying something like "The egg is making noises inside! It should hatch soon!" when the egg is actually close to hatching. If it says otherwise, then you have a while to wait and walk before it will hatch for you.
An easy way to hatch any egg is to follow a single, straight path that extends between Route 209, Solaceon Town, and Route 210. Fly to Solaceon Town, and take two steps to your left. Get on your bike, and switch to fourth (fast) gear by pressing "B". Go all the way up, then go all the way down. Each time you go up and down will be about 120 steps.
2. Once you have obtained seven badges, visited Lakes Valor, Verity, and Acuity, have freed Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf in the Galactic Headquarters in Veilstone City, and have battled Dialga on the top of Mt. Coronet, then you finally have access to Route 223, and eventually Sunnyshore City. However, that will probably take a while for you, judging from your first question.

Keep on walking(it takes a long time).you have to catch Uxie,Mesprit,azelf,and dialga.
