Deleting HMs
I know that there is a man that you can go and visit to delete TM and HM moves. Where is he located? I can't seem to find him!

The guy is located In Canalave City. He's in the house above the pokemart.

He's an old man found in a house south of the Pokemon Mart in Canalave City.
Be careful of which move you delete, however; if you make a mistake and click the wrong move, and you're too quick to go back, then your Pokemon forgets the move forever (unless, of course, there's a way to re-teach him that move, such as the Move Tutor in Pastoria City, or through TM's).

Luckily there is a man who can delete HM's. Game Freak knew that every now and then a person would need to teach an HM to a Pokemon, and not want to keep it forever. The person is in Canalve City. He is located Directly under the Pokemon center, and can be reached after obtaining surf ( to enter Canalve ).
He can also get rid of unwanted TM's and moves that are naturally learned.
