I can't find plates in Pokemon diamond. Pleace help

Ok well if it's plates that you want, then the best place is underground.
Also, plates can be found invisibly in places like caves, snow, forests, even plain grass.use your doppler more often and then plates will be flowing int your hands.
Also..if you want a really rare plate...the draco plate..its found behind that giant gold statue on dialga/palkia next to entrana city.just use your radar and it will be easy to find.

Well, Plates are found all over the game. They're mainly found in caves, such as Mt. Coronet and Victory Road. But they're also found in other places; they're in no specific place.
However, I guarantee that you can find at least one of every Plate while digging for treasure Underground. However, it is rare that you will dig up any Plates.
But it is possible.

To get the zap( electric) plate use dowsing machine next to vista lighthouse.
To get the toxic plate(poison),go to pastroia great marsh game area 1,and use your dowsing machine to locate it near three trees.. I think to get the meadow(grass) go to route 210. Climb up the waterfall. To the left a few steps, the plate! To get the iron plate(steel)
Go to iron island. In the cave,there should be a elevator thing that takes you down. Go in the strip somewhere and a few steps you,ve got it! To get the flame plate, got go to stark mountain and to the far left, go to a wall press a or use your dowsing machine to locate it. To get the mind plate , one of the stairs in the soleance ruins can find it. To get the earth plate, go to th oreburgh gate. Smash the boulders, and surf across the water. Battle a trainer, and use strength to move boulders to find it in a rock. Also a tm giga drain(GRASS-TYPE) can be found. To get the zap plate go directly in front of the lighthouse. Use dowsing app to locate it.
To get the spooky plate go to amity square and find it. To get the air plate, go to the victory road exit ude dwsing app to locate it. To get the draco plate, go to the DIALGA statue in eternaa city and use dowsing app. To get the icicle plate, get the hm rock climb (don't have to beat gym) Talk to hiker in house on route 217. Incest plate is somewhere near old chateatu/pokemonmanison.
