The following Pokemon I just can't seem to find please help:
No. 45
No. 46
No. 59
No. 65
No. 67
No. 80
No. 115
Please tell me pacifically what and where the Pokemon are thank you.

No. 45 is Burmy- you can either slather honey on one of the yellow trees and hope a Burmy shows up, or there is a bug catcher in Eterna Forest somewhere.
No. 46 is Wormadam- a beauty trainer has one on route 214. No. 59 is Cherrim- I think there was one in a battle on Iron Island.
No. 65 is Drifloon- you can find one every friday morning-afternoon at Valley Windworks.
No. 67 is Buneary- the only place I remember finding one was in Eterna Forest in the grass. No. 80 is Barboach- try fishing with a good rod at route 208. No 115 is Riolu- go to Iron Island and talk to the guy in the cave & he gives you a Riolu egg. You'll have to hatch it though so it'll take some time.

Ook... Here we go. (btw idk if this is for the national pokedex or sinnoh, so I'm doing both)
National:
#45- vileplume. Evolve from a gloom
#46-paras. Found in the safari zone(rare)
#59-arcanine. Evolve from growlithe(route 201-202 with fr in adv slot)
#65-alakazam. Evolve from kadabra
#67-machoke. Found on route, well, pretty much everywhere on battle island
#80-slowbro. Evolve from slowpoke
#115-kangaskan. Found in the safari game
Sinnoh:
#45-burmy. Found in honey trees.(honey is bought from the man above floraroma town)
#46-wormadam. Evolve burmy
#59-cherrim. Evoulve cherubi(found in trees)
#65-drifloon. Can be found at valley windworks on fridays
#67-buneary. Found in enterna forest
#80-barboach. Foundall over. One route is 212.(idk wut rod to use)
#115-riolu. If you have been through iron island, you should have met someone who wanted to be escorted out of there. Is you brought him to the exit then he should have given you an egg. If not, go back there with one free space and find him again. That egg holds a riolu, pre evolved form of lucario.
