There are a few places where you can obtain accessories.
In Amity Square in Hearthome City, the Pokemon you bring can pick up some accessories every 200 steps.
In a house near the Gym in Veilstone City, there's a girl who will massage one Pokemon, once a day. She'll find an accessory and give it to you.
In the house in the center of Floaroma Town, there's a girl who will trade some accessories for a certain amount of berries.
For every different contest you win in Hearthome City, you obtain an accessory.
I think that's it... But that's enough to start off with, isn't it? =D
