Hi I need help w/ a couple of things 1.when that ruin manic guy says lets have a race and when I catch the unown I go back, w/ the unown in my party, and he says lets have a race. So I need help w/ that 2.when I go to the VALOR LAKEFRONT and when I go right to go to sun shore city, the guy blocks me and he says they have a major blackout so I don't know what to do to get over there. And last 3.how do you move those psyducks from the place where you get moo milk in route 210 or something?

1. The ruin manieac needs to see ALL of the uknowns. 2.did you catch dialga yet? You need him to pass through. 3.walk up there and you will see a girl dressed in all black and she will give you a potion called secret potion. Walk up to the psyducks and press A and they will walk away.

1. You need to catch all 26 Unown (A-Z; they spell the alphabet, if you notice). Once you catch all 26 Unown, and have obtained the National Pokedex (obtained once you see all 150 Pokemon in the National Pokedex), then he will have dug a tunnel that leads to a different part of the Solaceon Ruins; a room where you can find some "!" and "?" Unown.
2. You need to do the following, first: obtain the first 7 badges, have visited Lake Valor, Verity, and Acuity, freed Mesprit, Uxie, and Azelf in the Galactic Headquarters, and have beaten or caught Dialga on the top of Mt. Coronet. Then, you have access to Route 222 and continue onward to Sunnyshore City.
3. You need the first 4 badges. Once you have them, go to the northeastern corner of Pastoria City, and talk to the Galactic Grunt in front of the entrance to the Safari Zone. Follow him, beat your rival, and continue to follow him. Once you're in the Valor Lakefront, you'll battle him. Once you beat him, go up a bit more and talk to Cynthia. She'll give you the secret potion, which you give the Psyduck on Route 210 so that they'll be cured of their headache, and then they'll disappear so that you can continue along the rest of Route 210 to get to Celestic Town (which is actually your next destination).
