You find Unown in the Solaceon Ruins. To get here, go to Solaceon Town (coincidentally) and go to the northeaster corner. You should notice a path that extends to the right. Go all the way to the right, and go down a few ledges until you have access to a cave even more to your right. Go in the cave, and in any other room besides the room you're currently in will be teeming with Unown.

You catch them in Solaceon town, which can be gotten to from Hearthome, which is after Eterna and down Cycling road. You need to have 2 badges. They are in the Solaceon ruins.
