How to get bogon city?
I have beaten the elite four 7 times and I don"t see the city. WHAT DO I DO? PLEASE HELP.

Okay, this must be some myth city that doesn't even exist. Sorry to say, but like I just said, it doesn't exist.

What city there is no other city once you defeated the Pokemon league 7 times. Sorry this must be a bogus lie someone has told you I am glad to clear this myth to you.

Yes there is no such city existing in Pokemon DIamond/Pearl Maybe you mean Battle tower island where you can get a Heatran! Sorry no such city.
