Help I have a emplodon lvl 100 is their a way to get chimchar, and turtwig if so do you have to breed tham if so what Pokemon do you have to breed to get the starter pokemon?

First question: Great job getting the level 100! But to the subject...Yes, you can get both Chimchar and Turtwig.
Second Question: No, you do not have to breed them, but there are a couple other ways. You can- (A)Trade with a friend, (B)Get them on Wi-Fi, or (C)if you have Action Replay, cheat. Getting them off Wi-Fi is probably the easiest way. You can trade off the tower, and search for the Pokemon wished for, or you can trade here, on SuperCheats. Both have the potential to be easy trades.
Third Question: What do you need to breed them? There are 2 answers. You can breed them with another of the same starter, or you can breed them with a ditto, probably the easiest way. You can get good Pokemon if you follow these steps.
1)Trade fo a ditto on Wi-Fi
2)If you can breed ot with Empoleon, do it (I think you can). If you can't, breed it with a starter. When you get a Piplup egg, put it up for trade on wifi for a different starer, any level. Ex: Offer Level 1 Piplup for Any Level Chimchar. It works. Hope this helps.

No you can't breed them. If you want to get a Chimchar, and a Turtwig your going to have to trade your empoleon to another game, and then start your game over twice. Once to get Chimchar, and twice to get Turtwig. Unless your like me, and have an Action replay, but I don't think you do.

Since you chose Piplup as your starter, there is no way to obtain Turtwig OR Chimchar without cheating or trading with another person.
In other words, you cannot catch any of the starters in the game, and the only chance to get either of them is at the beginning of the game when you CHOOSE your starter.
Obviously, you already chose Piplup, and it's too late to choose one of the other two.
If you feel you made a mistake, then just start a new game and choose which one you want. If you only want the other two for status, then trade with another person (Wi-Fi or Union Room), or you can cheat (which I do NOT reccomend).
