You need to see 4 more Pokemon then you can obtain the national dex. Please tell me your what Pokemon you haven't seen then I can tell you where to find them. I am glad to help.

Ok you need to go to the fossil museum near the first gym

Have you met the three lake Pokemon (you only have one chance catch two of them mespirt will run around until you catch it). And finally have you defeated the Pokemon ledge.

michaelmyers answered:

Go to orburgh the city with the 1st gym leader do to the museum nd talk to the scientist

v-gamer answered:

Techincally, you only need to find three more pokemon... Manaphy is totally optional, being the 151st pokemon. If you could ask another question specifying which Pokemon you need help finding (or at least their numbers in the Sinnoh Dex), we could help you obtain the National Dex.

The place you need to go to the museum in Oreburgh City. Talk to the guy behind the counter, and he'll take your fossil. Just exit and re-enter the place and talk to him again. He'll give you Cranidos.
