Where is mizuki?(i know in hearthome,but where?)

Mizuki is right next to the Pokemon Centre you can recieve Evee after you finish the Pokemon league and Obtain the National Dex. Be careful though be sure to get a Ditto (miggrate from previous GBA games or catch one on Route 218 with your PokeRadar make sure you are walking on the grass though. You should breed it to get seven Evees then you can get all thge evolutions!!

Mizuki? I assume you're talking about Bebe.
She's found in the house next to the Pokemon Center in Hearthome City.
