Can evee evolve into
Jolteon, Flareon or any of it's other forms other than lefeon or glacion? I heard that evee can. Thnaks for the help.

I think the whole entire beginning of your sentence was cut off... I think I know what you're asking, though.
Obviously, the following Pokemon are evolved through EEVEE.
Vaporeon: use a Water Stone on Eevee.
Jolteon: use a Thunder Stone on Eevee.
Flareon: use a Fire Stone on Eevee.
Espeon: level up your Eevee while he likes you a lot during the night.
Umbreon: level up your Eevee while he likes you a lot during the day.
And then of course, there's Leafeon and Glaceon. But I think you already know of them? ...I'll tell you anyway, just in case.
Leafeon: level up your Eevee while he likes you a lot near the Moss Rock in the Eterna Forest.
Glaceon: level up your Eevee while he likes you a lot near the Ice Rock along Route 217.
NOTE: this is an easy way to get any Pokemon to like you a lot.
- Have the Pokemon hold the Soothe Bell, obtained from one of the maids in the mansion along Route 212.
- Use berries that increase happiness.
- Use status uppers.
- Keep the Pokemon in your team, and never let them lose in battle.
You can keep progress of their happiness by using the Happiness Checker on your Poketch. If you don't have it, you obtain it from a girl in the Poke Center in Eterna City.
If you select and press down on a Pokemon in your team, and two big hearts show up, their friendship with you is maxed out.

Eevee - water stone - vaporeon.
Eevee- fire stone - flareon.
Eevee- Thunder stone - Jolteon
Eevee- level up at night( I think) - Umbreon.
Eevee- Level up at day(not sure.) - espeon.
Eevee- level up at moss stone - leafeon.
Eevee- level up at ice stone - Glaceon.
That's all you need to know. You might have to make Eevee happy to evolve into espeon or umbreon.
