Route 224
At the very end of route 224 there is a rock and when you go up to it it says "The surface is unmarked. It is polished like a mirror"
1! Can I do anything with this stone
2! And how do I do this

That rock serves absolutely no purpose in this game without doing anything outside the game.
If you cheat or go to a Nintendo Event (currently held in Japan) to obtain the "Oak's Letter", Professor Oak will be waiting in front of that rock. He'll talk to you a bit, and after he leaves, a path is supposed to extend just beyond that rock.
That path will lead to Flower Paradise, where a level 30 Shaymin will reside.
And that's the basic purpose of this route, and the only purpose of that rock; it will be a seat for Professor Oak to sit on while he waits for you...

First,get and open a mystery gift to get an Oak's Letter.
Second,go back to the polished rock Pr.Oak would be there.
Third,write your most beloved one.
Fourth,a Sheymin would pop out and run away.
Fifth,you must chase the Sheymin,by running or biking all the way up there.
Sixth,after you got to the top,then you can battle and capture it.
Note:To do this you must beat the Pokemon League.

The only use for that rock is if you have the Japan version. If you don't than youre out of luck. If you have the action replay set it on walk through walls and go directly up through the rock.keep going up and over the water. Youll eventually find an island where the will be a shadow of shaymin.keep going up and and youll eventually find the real shaymin to fight it.
Sorry but youre out of luck if you don't have the action replay...
