Question for Pokemon Diamond
I fed my Feebas dry berries but now it says it wont anymore
What should I do?
PS: I have 3 Feebas

That's because his condition in general is maxed out. A Pokemon can only eat a certain amount of poffins before their condition maxes out (indicated by how many stars you see to the side of the screen).
Your best bet is to use 100% dry berries and give them to a different Feebas, who has a nature with a preference of DRY berries. You can find their nature in their stats. If none of your Feebas have a nature that corresponds with a preference Dry berries, you should probably breed them to get another Feebas that does have that nature.
Now, use dry berries and you'll notice that there's a more dramatic increase in their beauty stat. Keep doing that until their Beauty stat is maxed out.
Then, just raise him a level, and you'll have yourself a Milotic.
