Why can't I use my pokeradar? That message keeps coming up with the prof saying you can't use it now. Help please!!!

You can only use it in the grass. Not that tall grass, or in caves, only the normal grass. And it must be charged up, charge it up by walking around. That's all.

You need to use the Poke Radar while you're in the grass.
It only works in SHORT grass; it will not work in TALL grass, nor will work in a cave, in water, in a building, or along a road.
