how do you catch dratini or dragonair I look every where in mt. coronet?

When you go up the mountain, you should see a waterfall. So, get on the water, and surf to it. Then, use Waterfall, and go up. Uses a Super Rod for Dragonair, or for a higher chance of Dratini.

They're found in the room where the waterfall is; you need to use a super rod at the top of the waterfall.
