So,there's 2 guys standing in front of the lake by Pastoria City,and I don't know how to get them to move.Do I have to give them something???

Well, they don't move until AFTER you've obtained the first 6 badges. Once you've done that, your rival will come out and tell you to meet him in the library. So, go the third floor of the library to meet up with him, Dawn/Lukas, and Rowan. After discussing assigning each of you to a certain lake to investigate (you're assigned Lake Valor), an "earthquake" will occur. Later on, you'll find out that it's an explosion from Lake Valor (figures...) And... You'll notice that it's accessible! I'll leave the rest to you...

you have to do some crap against team galactic and they move.that will be easy with a good team as in no bidoof or a lv 30 or below.
