Question for Pokemon Diamond

Hey
I want to know where should I train my level 50 Dragonair?
Hey and also should I bother to train lapras? Because I already have a level 90 Kyogre that I got from my friend/cousin
And where can I train my level 74 Tyraitar?
And also where can I train my level 67 Charizard (my favourite Pokemon)?
And I got a chain of 12 Bidoof in route 201 and none of them were shiny is it just rotten luck or do I have to get a longer chain?
By the way is dragonair better or dragonite? Because Dragonite is effected x4 by ice moves because it's fly and dragon or is flygon better?
And I'm confused because the swarm seems to repeat sometimes
And what electric Pokemon can I replace with Luxray not that I really want to but just in case?

Ok here are some suggestiong
1. If your dragonair does not have the effort ribbon (full EV's) he should likely be trained at lake acuity to get attack EVs and speed EVs. If he has full EVs I would just take him probably to route 227 or something.
2. Lapras is nothing special. Kyogre is good but I would urge you to have a non-legendary water Pokemon for battles in the battle tower. Might I suggest starmie or milotic?
3. He most likely has full EVs so I would try and rock out in stark mountain if he has good moves. If his moves arent compatible with those guys I would look elsewhere on that island.
4. Same deal with charizard
5. No you have normal luck. There is a 1/8192 chance of finding a shiny.
6. Dragonite is better then dragonaire and flygon
7. Yes the swarms are random and can be repetitious. You never seem to get the good ones like swinub or beldum
8. Theres not much in the way of electrics. I would suggest a bunch of non electrics and give them electric moves like thunderbolt. Or get electivire cause he rocks.

You should train dragonair in Pokemon league road thing.
I have a 100 charizard and trained it against the 1st elite 4. Tyranitar with hi lv. Grass Pokemon or physic if it nos crunch.
Bad luck with bidoof. My friend got 1 with 4.
Fly gon and dragonite are better but fly gons moves are not as strong.
Not sure about luxray dut evolve electabuzz to elecktrike if needed.
Kyogre is the winner easily because of sheer cold, hydro pump, and water spout.

It'd be better to us, and to yourself, if you could number your questions.

1. You should train your Dragonair somewhere along the Eastern Island.
2. You should also train your Tyranitar somewhere along the Eastern Island.
3. You can ALSO train your Charizard along the Eastern Island.
4. It's better that you get a longer chain of them; around 40, maybe.
5. That's a good way to think, however just because it's more succestible doesn't mean it's worse. Between Dragonair and Dragonite, Dragonite is better, however there are better Dragon Pokemon out there. And Flygon isn't any better, because he's also succestible to ice attacks. Although, the best attacks for them to learn would be easier for Flygon to learn than for Dragonite.
6. The swarm should change every 24 hours, starting at 00:00 hours, and is random, so it is possible that it will repeat.
7. A good electric Pokemon (that can be caught in-game) would be Electivire.
