I guess that you're at the climax of the game? When you have to reach the top and battle Dialga?

Well, it's probably better that you exit the cave and stock up on the suggested items:
30 Dusk Balls
1 Escape Rope
5 Max Repels
5 Revives
10 Full Restores

Make sure that your team is roughly between levels 40 and 50 (a good ice Pokemon, like Sneasel is reccomended), and that some Pokemon in your team know the following HM's: HM03 Surf, HM04 Strength, HM08 Rock Climb.

And then I suggest you do the following at night in the game, so save your game and wait until night, if it isn't already (or change the time on your DS settings...)

Fly to Oreburgh City. Go north onto that route, and go up the slope with your bike. Go east and enter Mt. Coronet. Surf across the water, and go up the wall with Rock Climb. In this room, your goal is the room to the very north. You have to maneuver through various zig zag walkways, but isn't that difficult to figure out. Then, just follow the path until you reach the first mountainside. There are two mountain sides, total, and you're on the first one. It's a little blinding because of the snowstorm, but just know this: excluding the cave you came from, there are 2 other caves on BOTH mountainsides; one WILL be a dead end or a circle, and the other will be correct cave to take in order to continue. On the first mountainside, the correct path to take would be a cave that leads to the second mountainside. On the second mountainside, the correct path to take to continue is all the way to the west of this area. Then, just follow the path until you reach Spear Pillar.

There will be a little cutscene to show you the events that are taking place, and just know that you have a few big battles coming up, so heal up and save your game.

First, battle the two grunts in a double battle. Heal, if necessary, and move to battle the two commanders with your rival. He'll heal up your team for you, so just move on and battle Cyrus. A good ice Pokemon could kill his team. Just use Ice Beam, at least. And now, SAVE YOUR GAME! You're now going to battle Dialga, as you probably guessed.

For the battle, try to get his HP in the red zone. Then, use a paralyzing move on him to paralyze him (obviously). Then, start throwing Dusk Balls at him. Because it is night (or should be, if you listened to me), the Dusk Balls with have a 4X catch rate and should make catching Dialga easy.

After the battle is over, talk to Rowan and Dawn/Lukas, and then go back to Spear Pillar and to the back of the room to collect the "Adamant Orb". Then, go back in the cave and use the Escape Rope.

By now, you can visit the three lakes of Sinnoh and catch Azelf and Uxie, however when you try to battle Mesprit, she'll just run to the wild grasses of Sinnoh. As Rowan tells you, you can use the Marking Map to track her down.

If you visit Celestic Town, and talk to Cynthia's grandmother, she'll show you a picture of Palkia, which is useful for completing the Sinnoh Dex.

You can also finally go onto Route 222 and move on to Sunnyshore City to obtain the eighth badge.

you have to walk

You need Rock Climb,Surf, and Strength if you don't want to go through the grass.. I recommend starting from Oreburgh City. As soon as you walk in the cave, surf through the water to the other side. DON'T GO UP THE STAIRS! Pass the stairs and Rock Climb up the wall. Pass the first set of stairs and go to the next. Go up and over the bridge, down the stairs, then up the next 2 stairs, over the next bridge, down the stairs, up the stairs, and finally through the hole. (Sorry that was so long.) You obviously have to go up all the stairs. Don't go immediately down. Go up instead. Follow that to the next hole. To avoid Pokemon, go up the stairs, follow the path, and down the stairs. Rock Climb up ONCE! GO LEFT! To avoid Pokemon, go down, use Strength on the rock, follow the path, up the stairs, and through the hole. Go up and use Rock Climb. Follow the path, down the stairs, to the right and through the hole. Go down the stairs, to the one patch of grass, ROCK CLIMB LEFT! Go down two stairs, up one, and through the hole. The rest is obvious. I'm sorry this answer is so long, but I had to tell you every detail so you wouldn't get confused. SORRY!Smile
