How do you get more Pokemon from dawn sister she keep giving me the same pokemon

I based on your luck. Everyday, she will say where the Pokemon will swarm. So check on her every day.

She tells you different Pokemon depending on what game you have.

You wait a day and she'll change pokemon. Either that or you catch the Pokemon she's telling you about and then wait a day to talk to her again.

Go to her on different days. If you get one Pokemon on one day, you shouldn't get on the next day.

There are only a limited number of Pokemon in diamond and sapphire that swarm. Try going to the trophy garden for different pokemon.

Maybe your times gone screwed up.
Anyway, what point in the game are you, she doesn't give ME Pokemon OR tell me where they are, she just says:
Who are you?
...

Hey, you're doing that Pokedex thingy for the professor!
Wow! That's the same as my big sister! Go for it!
BTW: I used player as an example.
And the point I'm at is challenging the Elite 4.
