Ok, go to the Waystation below the house you are speaking off, and enter. Exit facing North. Go two steps up and one left. Then hit A.

So, go in the building on Route 213 that connects the beach to the grass (and eventually the resort). Exit the building so that you're on grass, and not on sand. Use the Dousing Machine near this area, and you'll eventually find the Suite Key. Give this to the girl, go inside, and receive a Lava Cookie from her.
