I forget what all of them are but you have to get a certain amount of badges then talk to the president guy and he'll give you different apps

v-gamer answered:

You originally start off with the following:
- Digital Clock
- Calculator
- Step Counter
- Your Party.

You also get the following from the president of the Poketch Company:
- Memo Pad after obtaining the first badge.
- Marking Map after obtaining the third badge.
- Wi-Fi connector after obtaining the fifth badge.
- The Type Chart after obtaining the seventh badge.

And the rest:
- Happiness Checker: from a woman in the Poke Center in Eterna City.
- Dowsing Machine: from Dawn/Lukas on Route 207.
- Berry Checker: from the Berry Master on Route 208.
- Breeding Checker: from a guy in the Day care Center in Solaceon Town.
- Pokemon History: from a guy in Solaceon Town.
- Counter: from a guy behind the counter (go figure) in the Veilstone Department Store.
- Analogue (hand) Clock: from a guy in the southwestern house in Celestic Town.
- Coin Toss: from a boy in the Valor Lakefront (after obtaining the seventh badge and HM08 Rock Climb).
- Calendar, Drawing Board, and Roulette: from a guy in the southeastern house in Sunnyshore city (using Rock Climb) after showing him a Pokemon with a serious nature, then naive nature, and then a quirky nature.
- Poke Radar (top 3): obtained from Oak in Pal Park after obtaining the National Dex from him (after seeing all 150 Pokemon in the Sinnoh Dex).

The next two are special Poketch features:
- Snorlax Timer: obtained from a girl in the Pal Park building after showing her a Snorlax.
- Color Changer (a really cool feature): obtained from the same girl after showing her a Kecleon.

And I do believe there are more, but they can only be obtained through Nintendo Events.
