Can someone tell me whats with the rank. When you sign in it tells you what rank you are but what does it mean.

To answer your question, the rank is based on the total amount of submissions you have made. All in all, the more submissions you make, the higher up in rank you are (and the smaller the number in your rank, the higher up you are).
