Question for Pokemon Diamond
Ok, I desperately need more leftovers. Can I theif people on wifi to take leftovers from their blisseys? I know it's noobish to do that, but I was wondering if it was possible. If I can't, can I theif my friends while battling them without wifi(just the normal battle where you and your friends are in the same room)? Are there also ways of getting it besides in the cave where you normally get it and from wild munchlax?

In wild Pokemon battles, the item you steal is yours to keep. In in-game trainer battles, the item gets returned to the trainer. So, of course your method of stealing the trainer's items will not work! The item they'd be holding just won't work for the rest of the battle. The item will be returned to them, either way. This is how it works in the Battle Tower, at least, but I cannot say for sure that this will work in Wi-Fi. But I'm willing to bet that the item will be returned to the trainer, anyway.
So, after bursting your bubble, there is another way. If you have a Pokemon with the Pickup ability, and the Pokemon is between levels 80and 100, it will occasionally pick up a Leftovers. Another way to do this is through cheating, which I do not reccomend, though.

No you wont be able to theif it off anyone you just mentioned. You can however get extra ones ina couple of different ways. You get save up your BP from the battle tower and once you have a ton you can buy them from the girl on the left hand side of the prize building. Or you can get a Pokemon with the ability pickup. Raise him up to level 71 and he will have a very slight probability of just picking up leftovers and giving them to you for free. The probability of this however like I said it slight.
