Nome if you go to an event youll get an letter from proffeser oak that lets you get a shaymin and you can also (with an action replay) you can walk over it and get an shaymin
P.S. Make sure you have a bike it's a long run

Well, a Pokemon doesn't necessarily visit that polished rock... But once you obtain the Oak's Letter (through cheating, or by attending a Nintendo Event, which are currently held in Japan), go to Route 224, and talk to Oak. He'll start to leave, then a path will appear beyond that white rock, and Shaymin will come up, and then trun around. If you follow that path, you'll eventually find Shaymin in Flower Paradise. He's level 30.
