There is no Benco City on the game.You do not need an emerald on this game for any reason what so ever.

Dude I'm pretty sure you are on the wrong game. No benco city exists within this, nor any of the other previous Pokemon games. And there are no items that are called 'emerald'. If someone has told you about it and they are for sure talking about Pokemon, they lied to you, and you should likely tell them to put a sock in it.

First of all, is this question in the right game? Because I've never heard of Benco City in Diamond OR Pearl.

Don't bother listening to the losers who have nothing else to do so they make up story to waste other peoples time,
I used to read that kind of stuff and be like "wow I wanna unlock that!"
I beat the elite 4 7 times do what they say and absoulutly noting happens!
I ate those people, GET A LIFE!
