The easiest way to get a Ditto is to transfer one from one of your Gameboy Advance Pokemon games. The Red Gyarados was only catchable in Gold, Silver, and Crystal versions, but you can get it as a alternate colored or shiny version of a wild Gyarados. This takes a lot of time, however. The same for the Black Charizard, it is also the shiny version of a regular Charizard, so you'll have to evolve it from a shiny Charmander or Charmeleon. You get Togepi by transferring it from one of your Gameboy Advance games. And lastly, Shaymin is only catchable in the Japanese version of the game. To get it in the English version, you must use some sort of cheating device, such as a Gameshark or an Action Replay.

Hope I helped.

1. Get the national dex and pokeradar and use it on route 218
2. You might as well forget about it... But ill tell you anyway. You must find about a million gyarados's and hopefully one of them will be red. A red gyarados is a shiny Pokemon which only appear with the odds of 1/8192. So frankly you could get super lucky and find a red gyarados on the 400th gyarados or you could be slight unlucky and find a red gyarados on the 12000th gyarados. Or you could cheat.
3. Same deal as gyarados. Except charmanders and way harder to get then gyarados. If I were you I would also forget about this one. Unless you have an AR and can cheat.
4. Get the national dex and pokeradar and use the pokeradar on route 230 and be patient to find togepi
5. At the moment you are totally unable to obtain a shaymin without cheating. Some time nintendo will being having event on the North American mainland and then it will be possible to get shaymin. Until that time don't bother, unless again, you have an AR. Why would you want shaymin anyway? It sucks

All the Pokemon you need help with require obtaining the National Dex (seeing all 150 Pokemon in the Sinnoh Dex) and obtaining the Poke Radar (after obtaining the National Dex; from Oak at Pal Park at the end of Route 221).

1. Use a Poke Radar in the grass on Route 218.
2. You need to run into a shiny Gyarados.
3. You need to trade a shiny Charizard from FireRed/ LeafGreen.
4. Use a Poke Radar in the grass on the island on Route 230.
5. Catching Shaymin requires you to obtain the Oak's Letter from a Nintendo Event (which are currently held in Japan) or by cheating. Then, go to the end of Route 224, and talk to Oak. A path will appear behind that white rock, so follow that, and at the end will be the level 30 Shaymin.
