Where is the key for team galactics veilstone base?

Im really stuck please help!!!!!

After you talk to the guy infront of the Galactic tower with spikes on the side he goes away and leaves a item that is the key

You can get in the area on the after you go up the stairs use your detecter

1) Well, if you haven't been to the 3 lakes and beaten Candice at Snowpoint City, you can't get it at all. If you have, go talk to the Galactic Grunt in front of the Galactic building. He will talk to you, get mad, and run away, leaving the Galactic Key behind.

2)Go to the Hotel. After leaving, going out towards Lake Valor, use the Dowsing Device. It should be around there somewhere. Don't go too far. It's on the concrete.

You find the Galactic Key somewhere in their Warehouse. To obtain access to their Warehouse, talk to a grunt outside of their HQ. He'll run off and drop the key. Use the key to access the Warehouse, and maneuver through the place to eventually run into the Galactic Key.
