Shadow Cresselia see if you can answer this.Do you know what are the Pokemon that have the highest attack?Ex:Regigigas.Thanks.

The Pokemon with the highest attack is deoxys, but I don't think you have him. But the pkemon thats not legendary with the highest attack is rampardos. You can get rampardos by going underground by using your explorer kit and digging in the walls. You will find a fossil eventually called a skull fossil. Then go to oreburgh city's museum and turn that fossil into a cranidos. Then train the cranidos so that he evolves into rampardos. Now you have the Pokemon with the highest attack stat. If you want to know more go to www.serebii.net and look on the left and click d/p pokedex. Scroll down a little bit until you see a part that says "show top 100 Pokemon for each stat". Click attack, and it will show you the top 100 Pokemon with the best attack. Rampardos is #2 I think, right after deoxys. He has a massive attack of over 400 I believe. A seriously deadly Pokemon he is. In fact, I have one, and he very strong. So just go to the link I told you about and it shows you the top 100 Pokemon for attack. They are all wise choices.

Ok well it's not that hard as long as you exclude deoxys because he has different forms. In his attack for he will be number one, but I don't count him.
1- Rampardos
2- Slaking/Regigigas
4- Groudon/Rayquaza
6- Rhyperior
7- Salamence/Metagross
9- Dragonite/Tyranitar
Thats the top ten. After them theres about 10-15 Pokemon all tied for the next highest attack.

Regigigas does have good attack. There's also Rampardos and Rhyperior...
Outside of Sinnoh Pokemon, there's also Slaking, Salamence, Metagross, Dragonite, and Tyranitar to consider.
That's about it, besides ubers such as Deoxys, Rayquaza, and Groudon.
And including those three, those would be the best Pokemon with the highest attack.
