Question for Pokemon Conquest

I got nobungas hydregion to 80% and nobunga evolved but when I skipped to the next month I did not get the item he needs to get zekrom. Why?

You need the item for him, be in violight, and then skip a mounth

To obtian the Conqueror Crystal, have Nobunaga (Rank 2), Mitsuhide, and Ranmaru in the same kingdom.
