Pokemon platinum to black?

I did the research. I know how the process to transfer from platinum to black works. The pokebank and poketransfer and I need two DS systems and all of that. My only question is this. Both systems need the pokebank to be downloaded and installed. But you need a Nintendo ID to download it. But you can only be logged into your nintendo ID in one 3ds system at a time. Also I can't log off my ID, unless I am mistaken the only way to remove an ID is by formatting the system or a complete system transfer. I don't understand how to download pokebank on both because of this restriction. Do I make a second ID just for this purpose or what do other people do?

Actually, you don't use Pokémon Bank for transfers from Generation IV to V games. You have to go to the Pokémon Transfer Lab on Route 15 in Unova and start the process by talking to the laboratory director. Then, turn on your other system and start DS Download Play. You'll play a mini-game on that system to secure Pokémon for transfer. Once you're done, the secured Pokémon will be moved to your Generation V game.
