Question for Pokemon Black 2

I know where you can get the gracedia flower to change shaymin from land form into sky form. The lady will give it to you if you show her shaymin, but does it work for any shaymin that is not hacked? Does it have to be a certain shaymin? Please tell me.

If you have a legitimate "fateful encounter" Shaymin, then you should be able to get the Gracidea.
