Not that I know of, but I had the event victini. HAD. My little sister had created a new file.
I heard of a 'pokemon creator' online. It lets you create a Pokemon and lets you decide which Pokemon, nature, ability, moves, stats, ect. But don't make a Pokemon that has a move that it can't learn. It will make a bad egg. (ex. Sunkern with fire blast.) There's also one I heard of that can make Pokemon shiny. One is called pokegen and it's really cool, but it's only for certain Pokemon games. I don't think it has Pokemon black or white 2, but if you look up: Pokemon generator black 2, I'm sure you can find something. Good luck!
