You must trade for a Reshiram.
You can find Zekrom in the Dragonspiral Tower.

Defeat lord N in his castle he will give you zekrom in a black ball then go to the top of dragon spiral tower then the ball will. Tranform into zekrom.

It's somewhat simple. Depending on what game you have, it will differ if you get Zekrom or Reshiram. Firstly, at the giant chasm where you last fought Team Plasma, go there and go straight to where you saw Ghetnis and N should be there with Zekrom and he'll give you either the black or white orb, you have to beat him first though. He has Zekrom/Reshiram level 70, shouldn't be too hard if you've already beaten the game. Go to Marriland.com for more help ^^
