You can only get Kyurem again after beating the Elite 4 a second time.

If you haven't saved the game after killing him then you should be able to reload the previous save and battle him again.
Tip- Save before legendary battles and Gym battles, just so that if it goes pear-shaped then you can soft reset the game and continue from the save.
