What new Pokemon are in Pokemon Black 2? I would like to know since I saw the cover of the case had a new looking Pokemon on it.

There are no new Pokemon in Pokemon Black 2. However, many Pokemon have new forms. Kyurem has two new forms (Black and White Kyurem), Keldeo has a new form (Resolute Form), and Thundurus, Tornadus, and Landorus have new forms (Sacred Beast Forms).
You will also be able to find more previous generation Pokemon in Pokemon Black 2.

In this game, there are 300 Pokemon in the regional Pokedex, almost double the last game.
