Question for Pokemon Black 2

MOVE TUTORS QUESTION:

Can Move Tutors teach a Move only ONCE in Black 2 and White 2

Or can they Teach a certain Move Multiple Times like how the "Infinite TM" thing has been done?

Well, there are a few Move Tutors in Pokemon Black 2. The Move Tutors that are in the game can teach these moves multiple times to multiple Pokemon. However, they cannot teach these moves if the Pokemon already have the move.

The Pokemon will have to also meet certain requirements to learn these moves.

Okay, for example: say I wanted to teach a Gigalith "Earth Power", but the only way he can learn it is through Move tutor. Not TM, Level up, or Egg Moves. Can I teach that move to another Pokemon who can learn it after I've taught it to Gigalith?(NOTE: the previous games' Move tutors say: "This Move can only be taught once. is that Okay?" Does that rule still follow in the new games?

I don't think that rule still applies in newer Pokemon games.
