There are two ways to get Shiny Pokemon: Find/Hatch Them In-Game or Use An Action Replay Code.
The easier of the two would be to use an Action Replay Code. However, you can still try to find some In-Game, but they are extremely hard to find.
You were once able to trade for a lot of Shiny Pokemon, but sadly Nintendo has recently Shutdown the Wi-Fi Server for all Nintendo DS Games (Not 3DS Games). Pokemon Black is included in this.

one is that go to lake of rage. there you can get a shiny gyradose in-game. others is that your just really lucky like me! i some how hacked the game and made Rusharam a shiny.
