How Do you go into the Tubeline Bridge?
A gym leader tells you to use a light stone but I don't get it still

Before you can gain access to Tubeline Bridge, you must first do a few things.
First off, you need to obtain the Seventh Gym Badge. After this, you must defeat Team Plasma in Dragonspiral Tower. After you have done this, you must head to Relic Castle in the Desert Resort off Route 4. You must then defeat Team Plasma in Relic Castle. After this, you must go to Nimbasa City. Head striaght toward the gym. You will then get into a conversation with many people you know. After this, you will be given the Light Stone.
Once you have done all this, you should be able to go across Tubeline Bridge.

After finishing relic castle, you must got to Nacrene city, not Nimbasa city.
