Here's some help:
If your Pokemon is at Level 100, it can't earn anymore EXP Points.
If your Pokemon faints in battle and isn't revived, it will not earn any EXP Points.
If your Pokemon is Hacked, this might be why it isn't earning any EXP Points.
I'm sure one of three things is the answer to your problem.
