Munna is found in the tall grass, like most wild pokemon. It isn't very common, but it is there. You can also trade for one.

If you mean the specific one that you need to find for the storyline to progress - This Munna is located out in the open, you simply need to use Cut and wander north.

Ok so munna is in the dream yard As you already know, know you first see munna in the open, Correct? Yes ? Ok so you've seen that much all you have to do is look around for a while in the tall grass and run into Pokemon, well eventually one IS going to be munna and or in even more rare cases it happened to me ONE TIME and that was it a musharna. You can also trade for either if you do that's cool (but you're lazy) Smile Ok hope tis helped!
